Welcome to The Volunteer Fire & Rescue Services Association of WA

Since its inception in April 1898, the Association has worked industriously to ensure that WA maintains and continually develops its Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service Brigades.

We support and encourage the progress of Fire and Rescue Services Volunteer Brigade members and their Brigades through representation.

We promote the fitness and discipline of volunteer firefighters through competitions.

We seek to develop a community understanding, knowledge and respect for the Volunteer Fire & Rescue Service.
