In accordance with the Constitution, NOTICE is hereby given that the 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services Association of WA (Inc) will be conducted on Thursday 6th September 2018; at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre commencing at 1730 hours. (As part of the AFAC Conference).
The AGM will be followed by refreshments and networking opportunity. The specific room location will be advised as soon as confirmed.
Brigades who wish to put forward a “Notice of Motion” are advised to do so by noon on Wednesday 22nd August 2018. These requests may be submitted in writing to PO Box 2417, High Wycombe WA 6057 or via email to Executive Officer Jodie Neuzerling via email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notices of Motion will be circulated to all Brigades with the Agenda and draft Annual Report no later than Thursday 23rd August.
